Climbing Leader
Our Climbing leader Jangchub Dorji Sherpa was born in Mapya, Dudhakoshi -7 in the Solukhumbu district of Nepal. From a very young age, he has been attached to the mountains. He has undertaken several pieces of training they are, First aid and CPR Training, High Mountain Rescue Training, Trekking Guide Training from Nepal Mountain Academy, a Mountaineering course by NMA, a Wilderness First Aid Course, a Mountain Leader Course, a Rock Climbing Level One Course, RECCO Course and many more First Aid Courses. He has been associated with Trek Ways Nepal since 2023. Jangchub has scaled several peaks and mountains in Nepal including Island Peak, Mera Peak, Lobuche Peak, Yala Peak, Tent Peak, Kyajo ri Peak, and Mt. Amadablam. He does speak fluent English and he never drinks alcohol. He has confidence and he always deserves to learn new things. Trek Ways Nepal is so proud to have him as a climbing leader.
