Overview

Meet your guide at 8 am in your hotel (You should have your breakfast by then) and a short drive to Budhanilkantha from where your hike begins. After check-in formalities done by my guide, you head up towards Shivapuri through the pleasant forest trail. There are opportunities to see deer, monkeys, wild boars, and many kinds of birds. After reaching the first ridge the. The trail leads left towards the Nagi Gumba where you can find a tea shop to have tea/coffee. Then continue up toward a Kharka which is a rest place from where you can see the Himalayas and countryside. Then the trail drops down to the Budhanilkanth which is pretty steep. After descending your car will take you back to your hotel.

It is a big day but really a great hike. There are no restaurants along the way so you need to carry pack lunch, water bottles, and enough energy bars.
