Overview

One of our official staff will come to pick you up at your hotel at 6:20 am and then walk to the Tourist bus stand. The bus leaves at 7. am from Kathmandu and reaches to the Rafting beginning point at 10 am. Once you reach there my rafting guide and team will welcome you and help you to change if needed. Your major stuff will be transferred to the rafting ending point while you carry your passport, wallet, camera, and other valuable stuff that goes with the boat (they will have water waterproof bag there). When you finish rafting you will have a shower and change dry clothes, have lunch and we will arrange a bus to Kathmandu. You will have to make your way to your hotel after the bus stop.

Useful info

Things to carry on a rafting

  1. Your personal valuable belongings such as passport, wallet etc
  2. Towel and one pair of cloth after the shower
  3. Sandle while walking from the road to the river bank
  4. Water bottle and energy bar
  5. Sun hat, sunglass, sunscreen

No, You can not start late because tourist bus leaves early. But if you want to have a private transport then you can start a bit late. 

Yes, you need it. 

It is not necessary. Just half pants and a T-shirt is enough. 

Yes, you will be wearing it while on a raft. Then there short walk from bus stop to raft starting point where you will be packing your stuff and wear rafting gear only. 

Yes, you can have a private transport but the cost may vary. 

The tourist bus stop is near Thamel but when you return, you will be taking a public bus so it is not. near Thamel. You need to to take a taxi afterthe last stop.
