Itinerary

You will arrive at Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal today. Here you will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport which is the only running international airport in the country. After you arrive, we will pick you up at the airport and drive you to your hotel. Following your arrival at the hotel, you will stroll through the city's streets and purchase some essential things you will need for your journey. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Today we will have to drive from Ramechap to Kathmandu, so we will have a nice breakfast in our hotel and then prepare the packing list required for the trek. The drive will be of 4-5 hours so we will leave without hurry. Here we will reach nearby Manthali airport where the departure is scheduled for tomorrow. After reaching Ramechap you can relax a bit and explore the streets there. Overnight at the hotel in Ramechaap.

Today after having a great night at Ramechap, we will head for Lukla in the early morning. We will depart from Manthali airport and reach Lukla by air, which would only take us a maximum of 15 minutes. Flying through the hills and spectacular mountains, you will then shortly reach Tenzing Hillary Airport. When we arrive at Lukla, we will let you get to know the team members. After that, we'll start walking through Lukla village and towards Phakding. Today is only a short hike that will assist us in acclimating. But if you'd like, we can take a tour at a nearby monastery on the way. Overnight at the lodge in Phakding.

Airport Transfers
All airport transfers for domestic and international flights are arranged by Trek Ways Nepal. Our representative will warmly welcome you at the airport and transfer you comfortably to your hotel. Domestic flights to Lukla are included according to the itinerary. We ensure smooth transportation, timely departures, and hassle-free support throughout your Island Peak climbing adventure.

Accommodation
Accommodation during the Island Peak climbing trip includes comfortable hotels in Kathmandu and local teahouses during the trek. Twin-sharing rooms are provided along the trek, while tented accommodation is arranged at
Base camp. We carefully select clean and comfortable lodges for proper rest and warmth throughout the journey.

Meals
Fresh and hygienic meals are provided throughout the Island Peak climbing trip. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included during trekking and climbing. Options include dal bhat, noodles, rice, soup, eggs, and tea. Trek Ways Nepal ensures nutritious food for energy and strength.


Transportation
Transportation for the Island Peak climbing trip includes private vehicles for airport transfers and Kathmandu sightseeing. Domestic flights between Kathmandu and Lukla are arranged as per the itinerary. All transport services are well-organised for safety, comfort, and punctual movement. Communication Facility
Mobile network coverage is available in most villages on the Island Peak route. Teahouses provide WiFi services for an extra charge, though connectivity weakens at higher altitudes. Train Yourself
Good fitness is essential for Island Peak climbing. Train regularly with hiking, jogging, stair climbing, cycling, or gym workouts for at least 2–3 months before departure.
