The best and suggested times to trek to Exquisite Nepal Luxury Tour are mid-September to mid-December (Autumn) and March to late May (Spring). Besides these, the winter tour can be done with proper winter gear. 

Yes, you can add one day in Pokhara. There are Luxury Hotels in Pokhara where Trek Ways Nepal can accommodate you. If this is the case, please, do write us. 

Your guide or one of our official representative will pick you up from Kathmandu airport upon your arrival. He will be holding a paper with our company and your name on it. You need to carefully look for your name when you come from an elevator. Many other companies will be waiting outside of the arrival hall but we will be inside right next to an elevator. Then, he will assist you to the Hotel Dwarika's in Kathmandu.

Yes, all of our guides speak English fluently. Do not expect a guide as a native speaker but good enough for Nepalese standards. Besides English, our guide speaks Spanish.

 

Yes, our Guides are certified and have a Government certificate. Also, first aid trained, skilled, and has leading capacity with knowledge of locals.

No, due to the safety reason and aviation policy helicopters are not allowed to land on Everest Base Camp. The helicopter will fly over the Base Camp and land on Kalapatther which has great views of Everest, Khumbu ice fall, glacier and many other mountains. 

As per Shinta Mani Mustang rule, you need a minimum of 5 nights. If you do not have time, then you can have only 2 nights but you need to pay for 5 nights.

Yes, you can add one more day in Kathmandu. There are UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu where we can guide you. 

Yes, we can add Langtang Helicopter Tour in case you have an extra day. It is 3 hours tour in total including landing time in Kenjing Gomba. 

Yes, we can add this for you. Instead of trekking tours, we can add horse riding. It is included and you do bo have to pay extra for this. 

of course, but we need to issue a special entry permit for Upper Mustang and we must pay for 1 week although you stay there for a day. The permit fee costs USD500 per person for 7 days.
