Menuka Simkhada is a Executive Director of Trek Ways Nepal P. Ltd. She was born and grew up in Gorkha district.  She had her education in the village and she came to Kathmandu for University degree. She has completed her Bachelor Degree in economics and at the same time her father arranged her marriage. She was married but continued her further education. She Completed her Master Degree while she became a mother.
 

Menuka Simkhada always wanted to become a guide as she was inspired by her husband. Then she took government Tourist guide course and got straight A standard license. Then she started touring around. After 6 years of guiding she became a Executive Director of reputed company. Now she looks after company administration and guest relation. She also replies emails and receive phone calls.  She loves travelling and photograph.
