Aayushma Sharma takes care of Accounts and guest relation at Trek Ways Nepal and plays a vital role in managing the company’s financial operations with precision and dedication. Her journey reflects determination, adaptability, and a strong passion for learning and professional growth.

After completing her school education, Aayushma moved to Kathmandu in search of better opportunities and a brighter future. Determined to build a strong career, she began working while continuing her studies. She completed her Bachelor in Management, during which time she developed a keen interest in the banking and financial sector. With a clear goal in mind, she aspired to work in a bank and gain practical experience in financial management.

Her dedication paid off when she was selected for an internship at a bank. During her internship, Aayushma demonstrated strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Her performance impressed the management, and she was offered a job at the same bank upon completion of her internship. This early achievement marked an important milestone in her professional journey and gave her valuable exposure to structured financial systems and responsibilities.

However, due to the demanding nature of banking work, she found it challenging to continue her studies alongside her job. Seeking a better balance and new learning opportunities, Aayushma transitioned into the tourism industry by joining a travel company as a junior accountant. This move allowed her to expand her skill set while gaining hands-on experience in travel finance, cost management, and operational accounting within the tourism sector.

Following the COVID-19 lockdown, Aayushma joined Trek Ways Nepal as a Senior Accountant. Through her commitment, expertise, and consistent performance, she quickly became a trusted member of the team and now serves as the Head of Accounts. Today, she is responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the company, including monitoring and processing payments, managing expenditures, and ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Aayushma has a deep love for traveling and photography, passions that align naturally with the spirit of Trek Ways Nepal. She is known for being hardworking, passionate, and highly responsible in everything she does.
